Las Vegas Design Center, Pantone make regional presentation 2012 Color of the Year

Las Vegas - The Las Vegas Design Center (LVDC) at the World Market Center here recently partnered with Pantone Color Institute to debut and celebrate the new color of the year with a formal event.

Earlier this month, Pantone announced "Tangerine Tango" as its 2012 Color of the Year. A week later, on Dec. 19, the LVDC held its special annual holiday gala celebration where the bright orange hue was presented in vivid display to members of the home industry in southern Nevada and the Southwest region.

The event marked the first time a design center has partnered with Pantone to execute a celebration of the "Color of the Year" in a large-scale event.
