Woolrich to bring new bedding, blankets to Atlanta markets

Home Textiles Today Staff -- Home Textiles Today, 12/22/2011 12:08:21 PM

Atlanta -- Woolrich Home is gearing up for the upcoming Atlanta market, where it will debut several new bedding and blanket collections as well as new offerings in other home categories.

In the bedding category, there are five new separate ensembles along with decorative pillows that combine fresh palettes with traditional styles and are all inspired by Woolrich archives. Retail prices are set to range from $399 to $499 for a six-piece queen set, which includes two Euro shams, two standard shams, duvet and bed skirt.

The five collections are: Tyoga River, an updated version of a traditional Southwest pattern with its reversible diamond quilted coverlet in a neutral cream that coordinates with the chenille jacquard Southwest pattern on shams and decorative bed scarf; Grand Canyon, which incorporates a yarn-dyed cotton plaid on the duvet; Bear Creek, which features pieced micro-fiber suede in the warm autumnal colors accented with hand-stitched seams; Shady Grove, a fresh and spring-like look with a garden cottage feel with its ferns and other flora in blues, greens, tan, and gray strewn across a pale cream background; and Allegheny Forest, an ensemble designed with the bright blue of a spring sky and accented with fresh white and khaki.

To its blanket category, Woolrich is adding new looks inspired by its 182-year-old archives and by nature.

The new styles will include a vast array of archival plaids with an offering of nature inspired designs in retail prices ranging from $79 to $149.
