Texlynx opening India branch

Lahore, Pakistan - Texlynx, a global sourcing agency, has hired Manoj Pande to start up a Texlynx India office in Delhi, effective Nov. 15.
Pande most recently has been vp of sourcing and merchandising at Welspun India. Prior to that, he spent several years at American Pacific Enterprises' sourcing office in New Delhi, rising to the position of regional director for operations. He moved to American Pacific from his position as a senior manager at SGS India, a global inspection, verification, testing and certification company.
