Huntsman Textile Effects realigns business unit structure

Singapore - Huntsman Textile Effects, a global provider of dyes and chemicals to the textiles industry, has promoted two executives to replace the company's current strategic business units organizational structure for home textiles, specialty textiles and apparel.
Rohit Aggarwal has stepped into the post of vp, strategic marketing and planning; and Kent Kvaal was named vp, sales and technical resources.
A 20-year industry veteran, Aggarwal was previously global vp, apparel and home textiles. In his new role, is responsible for strategic marketing, marketing communications, product management, business development and the Formulation Distribution Center organization.
Kvaal, who brings to his new post many years of senior management experience, was formerly the company's global vp, specialty textiles. He is now charged with heading the global commercial and technical service platforms, which address specialized synthetics, automotive, woven functional fabrics, carpet, wool and nonwovens.
