Target finalizes Zellers deal

Minneapolis - Target has completed its assumption of Zellers leases, which now total 189.
Target will convert 125-135 of those leases to its own format, with the first stores to open in 2013. The remaining leases will be sold to other retailers, including Walmart Canada.
