Lenzing unveils Modal Edelweiss

Lenzing, Austria - Fiber manufacturer Lenzing this fall will introduce Modal Edelweiss, a Modal construction that is more environmentally friendly than its predecessor.
Like Modal, Modal Edelweiss is extracted from beech wood. The Edelweiss technology employs a chemical process derived from oxygen for reduced environmental impact.
The production is also carbon-neutral, according to Lenzing.
