Royal Heritage Home LLC to acquire Allergy Solutions

New York - Royal Heritage Home LLC has signed a letter of intent to acquire the assets of allergy mattress protector and bed bug treatment company Allergy Solutions Inc.

Founded in 1996, Allergy Solutions is an environmental control allergen avoidance company that sells allergy mattress protectors and bed bug treatments as well as HEPA air purification systems, sinus relief products, respiratory masks, water filters and asthma products, both direct to consumers and at wholesale.

Allergy Solutions works with a network of more than 6,000 allergists to promote its 500-plus product line as well as with the American Academy of Allergy Asthma and Immunology and the American College of Allergy Asthma and Immunology.

Jeffrey Tauber, chairman and ceo of Royal Heritage Home, said his company's pending acquisition of Allergy Solutions complements its existing allergy and bed bug mattress protection division.

"We can now offer our existing retail customers the ability to add 350 new items all of which can be drop shipped within 24 hours," he added.

Allergy Solutions represents the most recent acquisition to Royal Heritage Home, which over the past seven years of its 37-year existence has expanded its business and portfolio through numerous acquisitions, including bedding ensemble, allergy mattress and pillow protection and a futon cover businesses as well as Rainbow Linens.
