Lowe's promotes Reeves

Mooresville, N.C.-Home improvement chain Lowe's Companies Inc. has promoted M. Lee Reeves to the posts of senior vp, deputy general counsel and assistant secretary.

He continues to report to Gaither Keener, executive vp, general counsel, secretary and chief compliance officer.

In his new role, Reeves' responsibilities include leading the corporate transactions, intellectual property and information technology legal teams.
