Imports Unlimited launches new seasonal doormats collections for the holidays

HTT Staff -- Home Textiles Today, 7/29/2011 2:34:27 PM

Mt. Laurel, N.J. - Imports Unlimited is planting its company feet firmly on the fourth quarter business with its new collection of seasonal Halloween, harvest and December holidays doormats.

At the company's new permanent showroom at Atlanta's AmericasMart, Imports Unlimited recently launched its 2011 fall and holiday collection.

Each piece comes in 18-by-30 size and is almost an inch thick. The construction of these doormats is hand-woven of coco fiber and decorated in richly-colored fade-resistant dyes.

"We want our customers to associate the changing seasons and holidays with doormat choices that they will be excited and proud to put on their doorstep -- beautiful designs that are fun and playful, as well as romantic and whimsical, not to mention a little scary," says Eirini Kalafatides, president of Imports Unlimited.

The collection includes three "horrifying" Halloween-themed styles -- the bright orange Spider Web pattern; the shadow of a flying evil witch; and a skull-and-crossbones message threatening "Enter at Your Own Risk." Also in the mix is last year's best seller, Scary Cat.

For the holidays, Imports Unlimited has added three simple yet elegant mats which reflect the season's mood - Poinsettias; Christmas Angel; and Santa's Sleigh.
