Erica Friedman to lead Tag product development

Chicago - Trade Associates Group, Ltd., a designer and distributor of housewares, table linens, tabletop, home décor, furniture and gift products, announced that Erica Friedman will direct and manage Tag product development, working closely with the Tag design and sourcing teams.
Prior to joining Tag, Friedman worked as senior design director for Indigo Books & Music of Toronto. She's also worked as principal of Erica Friedman Design, where she did product development work for brands such as Waterford Wedgwood, Macy's, Dansk, Ralph Lauren and Sasaki. Also, she has designed for Lenox and Kosta Boda.
"We are privileged to have an industry expert of Erica's talent on our team," said Norman Glassberg, founder, Tag. "Her record developing successful products and collections speaks for itself."
She has been awarded a Fullbright-Hays grant and a Swedish government grant. Friedman taught at the Parsons School of Design, New York; the Tyler School of Art, Philadelphia; and the Rhode Island School of Design, Providence.
