White to Head Home at Family Dollar

MATTHEWS, N.C. - Former Goody's chief Paul White has been named senior vp of apparel, home and seasonal at Family Dollar.
     He will report to Dorlisa Flur, evp and chief merchandising officer.
     Before serving as president, ceo and director at Goody's, White held senior merchandising positions at Shopko Stores and The May Company.
     "With Paul's leadership, we will further improve merchandise selection and in-store presentation of these dynamic areas of our assortment," said Flur.
