Valley Forge Exec Receives ICON Award

FT. LAUDERDALE, FLA. - Judy Dobin, principal and executive vp of Valley Forge Fabrics, received the Network of the Hospitality Industry's ICON of the Industry Award recently at the New York Hotel/Motel and Restaurant show.
     Dobin is the first woman honored by NEWH, who established the award six years ago.
     The award honors hospitality industry manufacturers who have made a significant impact on the industry through their innovation, have dedicated their companies to their communities and the industry through outreach, mentoring and education, and have a minimum of 30 years in the industry.
     Dobin has run Valley Forge Fabrics for over 35 years and has been active in NEWH over the last 25 years. She is also active in several charitable organizations.
