At the New York Market -- Bardwil Linens is growing its bath program with expansions not only in the Lenox brand line, but also in its own Bardwil shower curtain assortment.

In the Lenox division, Opal Innocence Carved its staged in the spotlight. Available in white, taupe, tan and ivory, the bath towel ensemble is 100% cotton. The shower curtain is a matelasse-like fabric in a 65% cotton and 35% polyester blend that comes in ivory and taupe. The bath rug, made to match the shower curtain by color, is a 22-by-34 all cotton, and the shower hooks are metal.

Also new is the Simply Fine solid-colored collection. A 100% Pima cotton loop construction, the bath towels come in an eight-color palette that comprises amethyst, aqua, citrus, golden rod, indigo, ivory, khaki, and white. The matching shower curtains, made of a cotton-poly blend, come in amethyst, aqua, citrus, indigo, ivory and white.

Additions to existing programs include: the new raspberry and Caribbean blue to the Platinum bath ensemble; and hydrangea blue to the Pearl Essence collection.

To Bardwil's own shower curtain line, the company is adding a plethora of prints in water-repellent fabrics taken directly from the company's indoor/outdoor table linens division. Also within Bardwil Bath is the newly reduced retail price for the Evolution PET-recycled fiber collection to $29.99 from the former $39.99.
