IFDA to present color seminar

New York - The International Furnishings and Design Association (IFDA), New York Chapter will host a seminar exploring color's impact on buying trends in conjunction with George Little Management during the New York International Gift Fair/Home Textiles Market Week at the Javits Convention Center here.
"The Influence of Color" will take place Monday, Aug. 16 in room 1A02-03 from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. The event kicks off with a continental breakfast.
The program will be conduct by Stacy Garcia of Stacy Garcia Inc., a designer whose products are sold at boutiques and hotels worldwide, and Patti Carpenter, an international merchandiser for the contemporary home decor industry. Among the topics will be the global influences of emerging markets.
There will be a discount for those who RSVP on or before Aug. 9: IFDA member, $30, guest $35, student member, $15, student guest $20.
On or after Aug. 10, IFDA members $40, guest $45, student member, $25, student guest, $30.
IFDA members who registers for this event will also receive a complimentary badge to NYIGF.
