Family Dollar to offer Western Union money transfers

Englewood, Colo. - Family Dollar and Western Union have agreed to create an in-lane money transfer service at the retailer's 6,500 locations.

The goCash transfers are sold at the cash register in the amount of $50, $100 or $200 and can be sent to any Western Union station in the world. Consumers complete the transaction by calling Western Union after acquiring the transfer.
