San Diego – Hospitality supplier Kojo Worldwide, based here, has signed an agreement with home textiles manufacturer Welspun USA to expand the reach of both to the international hospitality industry.
The deal is a simple distribution agreement and doesn't include either company acquiring a stake in the other, according to Welspun USA.
The arrangement covers linen and terry products manufactured by Welspun, and custom draperies and decorative bedding products manufactured by Welspun and Kojo Worldwide in their our own manufacturing facilities. Hospitality customers will be able to buy from any of the facilities with one contract.
Goods will be delivered directly from the parties’ warehouses around the world. The companies will stock all designated brand products, which will ship within 48 hours after approval of order, according to Kojo. The partnership will now manufacture and service hospitality customers in 47 countries, including North America, India, Asia, Europe, the Middle East and Latin America.
