Back-to-Back Textiles Conferences Coming to Raleigh

Raleigh, N.C. — North Carolina State University's College of Textiles will host the 13th National Textile Center Forum and the 84th Textile Institute annual World Conference from March 20-25 at the Sheraton Imperial Hotel in Research Triangle Park, N.C.
The conferences are presented by The Textile Institute, the National Textile Center and the NC State College of Textiles.
The program for the Textile Institute annual World Conference will feature nearly 200 presentations of international research in the areas of industrial textiles, supply chain management, greige processing, textiles education, wet processing, and nano technology.
Also, the conference will feature four plenary speakers, including Dr. Victoria Haynes, president and CEO, Research Triangle Institute (Research in a Global Environment); Dr. Kenneth Wang, CEO Sterling (Operative Innovation); Robert Miller, vice president of research, Sara Lee Branded Products (Innovation: How We Survive), and K. M. Schuman, Procter & Gamble (Global Marketing).
