Dalton, Ga. – Upscale area rug and carpet supplier Karastan, a division of Mohawk Home, has been recognized by House & Garden magazine in three categories: best wall-to-wall carpet, best range of carpet and rug styles, and best traditional carpets and rugs.
The annual survey recognizes the top home product brands as chosen by America’s leading interior designers. There were 20,000 decorators, architects, and kitchen and bath professionals who participated in this year’s survey, voting on 14 different categories of products. Among the A-list of designers who took part were: Robert Couturier of Robert Couturier & Associates in New York; Suzanne Kasler of Suzanne Kasler Interiors in Atlanta; and Joe Nye of Joe Nye, Inc. in West Hollywood, Calif.
“The recognition we received from these outstanding designers is the ultimate reward,” said David Duncan, vp, marketing, Karastan.
House & Garden featured its Designers’ Best ’07 list in a special section of the March issue. In addition, the complete results are posted on www.houseandgarden.com.
