Feizy promotes Hashemi

Area rug supplier Feizy Import & Export recently promoted Ray Hashemi to the newly created post of vp, sales. He reports directly to Amir Loloi, president, and John Feizy, ceo.

Formerly, Hashemi worked as international sales manager, handling the company's overseas accounts. He has worked for Feizy for the past 10 years, Jeanne Carroll, director of advertising, told Home Textiles Today.

As part of his new duties, Hashemi has been assigned to help Feizy expand its business with existing key specialty store accounts.

The company has not yet filled Hashemi's former position. He is based at company headquarters here.
