Atlanta -- Wools of New Zealand has appointed Steven Parsons as its international product development manager. He is set to begin in January.
The post’s responsibilities were previously handled mainly by Malcolm Sims, who left the company to work for a WONZ brand partner.
Reporting to Alistair Coleman, chief executive of WONZ, Parsons will likely be based in England, at the company’s International Development Center. Parsons has spent the last 12 years of his career with Feltex Carpets in New Zealand.
Parsons is scheduled to attend the Domotex and Surfaces market events in order to meet some WONZ partners early into his new appointment. Thereafter, he will travel throughout the United States and other parts of the world, presenting WONZ’s annual Trend Collection to partner-manufacturers.
We would love your feedback!
