Royal Heritage Home LLC to Merge Bed Sheet Operations with Rainbow Linens

Royal Heritage Home has acquired the assets of 20-year-old sheeting supplier Rainbow Linens.

Royal Heritage will retain key employees in New Jersey, including Bruce Tucker, owner and founder of Rainbow Linens Rainbow Linens.

Rainbow Linens has built a niche as a supplier that maintains significant inventory to provide “just-in-time” delivery to customers.

“This transaction enables us to increase our 'in-stock' bed sheet set program at a time when most suppliers are reducing their inventories,” said Jeffrey Tauber, ceo of Royal Heritage Home.

The sheet set assortment distributed by Rainbow Linens includes high thread count, single-ply sateen (800s, 1000s and 1200s), flannel sheets, fleece sheets and specialty size sheets for waterbeds and sofa beds.

Said Tucker, “I am thrilled with the opportunity to help grow the bed sheet division of Royal Heritage. Merging our operations with Royal Heritage was a natural fit for Rainbow's business, enabling us to compete in the global marketplace at a more efficient level. Royal Heritage's warehouse operations on both the East and West coasts will improve our ability to service our customers throughout the country.”

Royal Heritage, formerly known as Poly-Commodity, will begin shipping Rainbow Linens products early next month. The company said it does not expect the transition to result in service interruptions.
