Shupp new sales head at Stanton

SYOSSET, NY —

Stanton Carpet Corp, importer of wool and synthetic broadloom and area rugs, recently named Michael Shupp national sales manager of the company's Stanton Rug Company division.

Shupp spent the past 12 years working for Dalton, GA-based Shaw Rugs, most recently as regional sales manager (west region).

Shupp reports to Phil Koufidakis, vp, national sales for Stanton Carpet.

Shupp is responsible for the development and implementation of new sales initiatives for all Stanton Rug Company products throughout the country, including all of its trans-ocean offerings. Shupp will be relocating to New York for the new position.
