An article in the March 4 issue reported that one of the eighth floor showrooms in 295 Fifth Avenue would be subletting part of its space to another supplier during the upcoming April Market. Manhattan Properties Company LLC, which owns and manages the building, issued the following statement: "The policy of 295 prohibits tenants from renting to anyone for market week. We do not allow tenants to allow any other party to sublet their showroom for market week."
