At the New York Market — Pacific Coast Feather Company's (PCFC) new offerings are are all about comfort, concern for the environment, and color.
The first, 20-color collection consists of three levels — pastels (seven colors), mid-tone (seven) and dark jewel (six). A collection of four bright colors inspired by the beaches of the Caribbean is also new for this market.
A new line of performance bedding features Holofiber, a revolutionary fiber that has been proven to increase oxygenated blood flow to the skin which can result in increased energy and relief of aches and pains.
The Sealy line of Holofiber bedding with 400 thread count, 100% cotton sateen fabric, includes a pillow, 15-inch box design comforter and mattress pad with ReliaGrip skirt. Sealy also introduces the CoolTemp Contour pillow, the latest addition to the ProFormance memory foam line. It features a special cover that absorbs heat for a cooler, more comfortable sleep. It uses a blend of natural extracts to work with the body.
The Sealy Best Fit sheet set features SureHold patented stretch end panels, to fit any mattress 7 inches to 20 inches, plus oversized flat sheet and Capture Top pillowcases in ultra soft 100% combed cotton sateen. Sheets are available in 300-thread count, 330-thread count, 400-thread count, and flannel.
PCFC continues to expand its Calvin Klein Home Almost Down collection to include the Almost Down comforter, blanket, mattress pad, eurosquare, and pillow. These products combine a luxurious 100% pure cotton dobby stripe tick — a Calvin Klein design exclusive — with a silky microfiber fill that adjusts and conforms to the body. All are machine-washable.
Two distinct pillows, a comforter, a mattress topper and mattress pad round out the environmentally sound Ingeo collection, which features the annually renewable Ingeo fiber fill and bamboo cover. The down-alternative luxury pillow simulates down-like softness and comfort, while the sateen luxury pillow provides high loft for enhanced support.
In the anti-microbial category, PCFC introduces two new silver-infused collections: the trademarked Silveresse Collection and Sealy SilverSafe Collection. Silver treated fills are revolutionary-technologically infused fibers with natural silver.
The Silveresse Collection includes premium 300-thread count fabric made from a blend of cotton and silver infused fibers via nanotechnology. The silver-infused fabric stops production of bacteria resulting in a cleaner, fresher and odor-free sleep experience.
The SilverSafe Collection is a new addition from the Sealy brand's line of pillows, mattress pads, comforters and fiber beds. The 300-thread count silver fabric surrounds the SilverCoil fiber, which is naturally anti-microbial to inhibit microbial growth on fill inside the products. SilverCoil is made from a blend of 25% silver-infused fiber and 75% MaxiLoft coils.
The SilverSafe Collection includes a mattress pad with ReliaGrip skirt, 15-inch sewn box comforter, channel design fiber bed and pillow.
PCFC also debuts Eddie Bauer Home wrinkle free comforters and blankets. A special finishing technique keeps the bedding wrinkle free, reduces shrinkage, helps maintain color and prolongs the life of the product. The comforters and blankets are filled with certified-premium-quality Eddie Bauer white goose down.
The collection is available in 4 nature-inspired colors: cornflower, sage, crème and white. Eddie Bauer bedding is made from high thread count, leak proof, 100% cotton.
