Springs promotes Langone, Anderson

Fort Mill, S.C. – Rich Langone and Derrick Anderson have each been promoted to vp, with new responsibilities at Springs Global US.
Langone is now vp, creative development, succeeding Gary Filippone who resigned to pursue an outside opportunity. Langone joined Springs in 2002 as design team leader and since then has served in a number of capacities. He joined Springs from The Robert Allen Group and earlier had been with Bibb.
Anderson is now vp, sheet merchandising, succeeding Tim Landers who resigned to pursue an outside opportunity. Anderson joined Springs in the Production Management Program in 1992 and has held a number of increasingly responsible positions in scheduling, sales and merchandising. Most recently he has been building the company’s global sourcing capabilities on the supply chain team.
Langone and Anderson report to John de la Roche, senior vp, bedding merchandising.
