Eger promoted at Victor Group

Quebec, Canada – Jack Eger has been promoted to the new position as director of sales for the entire residential decorative fabric business at the Victor Group.

Eger wil be responsible for the management of the entire residential sales effort across all Victor brands.

Eger was a partner at Craftex when Victor Group acquired the brand and the catalog of products in March 2009. He was named vp of sales for the Craftex by Victor brand where he was responsible for the launch and sales of this brand.

He reports to Charles Adams, chief sales officer for the Victor Group.

“I am excited about this new challenge and looking forward to working with our customers and distributors under a new streamlined management process that will reduce the time it takes to get product out to the market,” said Eger.

The new management structure will allow greater collaboration with the product design team, he added.

“Jack’s background, experience and industry knowledge will be a tremendous asset to Victor as we look to continue under this new management structure,” Adams noted.

Jean-Francois Gagnon, contract and residential sales director, has left the company to pursue other interests.
