Klawetter Gets Promotion at Joan

Mastercraft Vet Named Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Tyngsboro, Mass. —

Kyle Klawetter has been promoted to vice president of sales and marketing at Joan Fabrics, a position that has been vacant for more than a year.

Klawetter has 14 years of experience at Mastercraft in both the Midwest and Southwest territories. Most recently, he was vice president, contract sales, working out of the company's New York office. He is relocating to the corporate office here.

He reports to Elkin McCallum, Joan chairman, who said, “For the past 18 months, I have had the direct responsibilities of managing our selling efforts for all of our businesses except Circa 1801. I need to be spending most of my time in repositioning my company for new markets and, more importantly, taking advantage of the global opportunities and the challenges that confront our industry.”

McCallum added that he will now have the opportunity to launch new initiatives.
