Kate Spade reveals new bedding collection

NEW YORK — Simple motifs and a crisp color palette of chocolate, sky, gray and yellow highlight the new bedding collection at Kate Spade Home.

The company also is introducing its first bath collection which consists of towels, shower curtains and decorative bath accessories in Tiverton ceramic.

Solid-color sheets of cotton Oxford cloth are in the same four color palette to complement the bedding and accessories. Attached hems feature a contrasting stitch color.

In bedding, St. Moritz is a graphic dot bed with embroidered dots of different sizes for the duvet cover. Striped sheets of yarn-dyed cotton poplin are tailored with a white cuff. Pillow covers are one of the four colors and white. A barratto stitch is used as detailing on the pillow cases and solid-color flat sheet hem.

Litchfield Lea is an engineered print, subtle but colorful in sky, chocolate and green. Signature Kate Spade details such as gussetted embroidered pillows and solid reverse pillows add to the crisp look.

Meade Commons is a yarn-dyed Oxford cotton that mixes stripes and windowpane designs. Pillow cases feature an inner gusset that uses different colors of the bed which comes in green or yellow with sky stripes and blue with coral stripes.
