Celanese AG taps new biz president

CHARLOTTE, NC —

Doug Madden has been named president of the global acetate business of Celanese AG.

Madden, has been vp and general manager of the Celanese Acrylates business and head of supply chain for Celanese Chemicals worldwide.

Madden, who reports to Perry Premdas, Celanese chief financial officer and member of the board of management of the Kronberg, Germany-based company, is based here. He succeeds Gerold Linzbach who has joined KoSa.
