Mumbai, India —
Textrade International is taking a New York showroom at 7 W. 34th St., part of a push to expand its business in the U.S. market. In addition, Textrade has just commissioned a 225,000-square foot manufacturing facility in India – its second – which will focus exclusively on producing home textiles.
During the upcoming New York Home Fashions Week (formerly known as Market Week) from Aug. 6-10, Textrade will feature its complete home textiles range, including comforters, quilts, duvets, table linens, chair pads, cushion covers, decorative pillows, and curtains.
"Textrade has been active in the U.S. market for quite some time, and this showroom marks a beginning toward realizing Textrade's U.S. strategy," said Anish Doshi, managing director.
