Federated selling Warwick, R.I. Macy’s store

Cincinnati – Federated Department Stores said it will sell its Warwick, R.I., Macy’s to Warwick Mall LLC during the second quarter of 2006, for an undisclosed price. The store is a 309,000-sq.-ft. unit in the Warwick Mall.

In the same mall, Federated plans to convert a Filene’s department store, acquired in the May Co. purchase, into a Macy’s this spring.
