The following session, "Reinventing Retail," from 10:15 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., will discuss the key skills and assets that retail leaders have used to invent and reinvent themselves to continually impress customers and shareholders.
Other seminars include "Consumer Behavior in a Multi-Channel Retailing Environment," Tuesday from 7:45 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.; and "Dealing with U.S. Customs After September 11 — What Retailers Need to Know to Protect Their Supply Chain," "Internet and Multi-Channel Retailing Strategic Priorities" and "The State of Fashion 2002," all running from 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.
