Abyss intros Lino and Checkers

WINDSOR, N.J. — Abyss, a manufacturer of bath towels, is introducing two new towels — Lino and Checkers — at the New York International Home & Gift Market, held from Jan. 29 to Feb. 3.

Consisting of 65 percent cotton and 35 percent linen, Lino and Checkers are available in four colors — fern, pumpkin, cinnamon and dark brown. The towels are their natural color, and are then over-dyed to create a tone-on-tone effect.Lino and Checkers carry the following suggested retail prices: $16 for washcloths (12-by-12); $35 for hand towels (17-by-30); $84 for bath towels (28-by-54) and $148.50 for bath sheets (40-by-72).  The towels are also available in natural and retail for approximately $13 for washcloths; $28.25 for hand towels; $70 for bath towels and $124 for bath sheets.
