Stein Mart revamps look of website

Stein Mart has relaunched its newly designed website, www.steinmart.com, which better showcases the apparel and home decor merchandise in the stores as well as providing company information. Visitors can also purchase the retailer's Panache gift cards, which have also been revamped.
At this time, customers can not purchase individual merchandise online. The new-look site features what is in the stores, current advertising and promotions, a list of store locations and holiday hours, a virtual store tour and company information. Customers can also join its Preferred Customer program and request automatic e-mail updates about upcoming sales promotions and in-store events.
The Panache gift card, however, can be bought online, in any amount, and sent directly to the recipient at no charge by U.S. mail, or by UPS (Next Day or Second Day) for a fee. It comes in six different designs to match the gift-giving occasion.
