Barrow launching into home

NORWOOD, Mass. -- Barrow Industries, parent company of Barrow Fabrics, Merrimac Textiles and JD Fabrics Ltd., is launching a home textile division -- Barrow Home Fashions.

Initial product offerings will include bedding collections, window treatments, and decorative pillows. The company had made some finished product previously, but had not sold directly to retailers. The new division marks a commitment to that business.

Stacey Vega has joined the company as vice president, home fashions division, and Cara Shaw has joined as product development manager/designer.
