New York -- Ex-Croscill executives Julie Brady and Jerry Mobley have opened a new home fashions company here to address "buyers who demand customized programs and craftsmanship," with a focus on design and service.
J. Queen New York will draw on a network of resources from around the world, according to a company release.
Brady spent nearly two decades at Croscill, most recently as a vice president and member of the office of president. Mobley, an 11-year Croscill vet, was designer of bedding. Both left the company last year.
J. Queen New York has set up a showroom in the Flatiron District at 37 West 20th St., Studio 509.
Thank you so much for finally offering beautiful fabrics and detailed quality for such a reasonable price. I just happened to see your line while shopping on the internet and have ordered a swatch. I am so excited to see such beautiful bedroom ensembles. Good luck to you.
