Miami — Manufacturer and importer J.R.United Industries has hired industry veteran Larry Martineau as its new national sales manager.
Martineau, who's worked in the home textiles industry for 35 years, reports directly to Salo Grosfeld, president. For the last 25 years, Martineau has worked in several capacities — from national sales manager to, most recently, president of the retail division — for the now-defunct beach and bath towel supplier Hilasal, which Brumlow Home acquired last spring. Prior to that he worked for Fieldcrest and Wamsutta.
