Austin leaves post at Austin Horn

SANTA MARGARITA, CALIF. —
Seven months after selling her business to A.R. Group Inc., Dian Austin has resigned as creative director and executive vice president of Austin Horn Collection, the luxury bedding company she founded 12 years ago.
She will continue working with the company as a design consultant, reporting to Arthur Rosenstein, president.
Gina Porter, associate designer, will assume the day-to-day responsibilities for the company. She has worked with Austin for more than three years.
Rosenstein said: "Austin Horn Collection is known for designing, developing and producing the most elegant, quality bedding in the industry today. I am confident in Gina Porter and our entire team to make a smooth transition and look forward to our continued success."
