NEW YORK —
Just four months after being acquired by an investment group led by Juarez, Mexico-based Grupo Kaltex, Revman Industries is adding global flavor, changing its name to Revman International, the company has announced.
The name change is intended to better reflect the company's ownership and the global presence of its products, offered Rich Roman, president and ceo.
"Revman International better reflects the corporate identity for a marketing company such as ours, which develops and resources products from around the world," he said.
Kaltex has said it will funnel all of its U.S. home textiles business through Revman, even as it seeks to expand its existing U.S. market share.
Among other things, Rafael Kalach, chairman, president and ceo of Grupo Kaltex, said Revman will also expand its private label business.
