Tripathy, Naylor to New Posts at TJX

Off-price retailer The TJX Companies has named Nirmal Tripathy evp, cfo; he will report to Jeff Naylor, who is promoted to chief administrative and business officer.

Tripathy was most recently president and coo, Macy's Florida. Prior to that position with the former Federated Department Stores, he held executive posts at Limited Brands and PepsiCo.

Naylor joined TJX in 2004 as cfo and was elevated to chief financial and administrative officer last fall. With his new promotion, he also remains a senior evp. Naylor's prior experience was with retailers Big Lots, Limited Brands, and Sears Roebuck, as well as Kraft Foods.
