UPPER SADDLE RIVER, NJ —
Hunter Douglas Window Fashions has moved to a brand new manufacturing facility.
The hard window coverings manufacturer, based here, now occupies a 231,435-square-foot facility in Cumberland, MD, that houses more than 500 employees and contains the operations for production, accounting, customer service, shipping/receiving, purchasing/inventory, administration, human resources and warehouse. According to the company, the facility will provide dealers with faster delivery and improved quality control.
The new building replaces the Frostburg, MD, facility, which the company said it outgrew.
"We are proud to open this new facility and hope to expand even further in the near future," said Mark Shanker, Northeast general manager.
We would love your feedback!
