Oriental Weavers Debuts Printed Accent Rugs

Oriental Weavers for the first time has added printed accent rugs to its product assortment.
Dubbed "ACCENTuate," this new collection comprises a broad assortment of tufted and printed, woven, hooked and hand-carved washable scatter-sized rugs.
"The styles represent a broad selection of fashion-forward styling and price points," said Mike Riley, president of Oriental Weavers USA. "We have had a great deal of input from our customers around the country which was the basis of development for the ACCENTuate program. Their feedback pushed our product design team to achieve new fashion heights for the accent and scatter rug category."
The offering is based on three qualities: printed, hand hooked, and machine tufted. Designs include transitional and contemporary as well as casual and novelty looks.
Printed scatters are available in 11 different machine-washable qualities featuring bases with textural cut-and-loop, cut-pile sisal looks, some of them featuring hand-carved effects.
The hand-hooked rugs are made with rich texture and featuring classic motifs to trend-right transitional looks.
The machine-tufted rugs are also offered in the new multi-colored grouping as is a new textural line of functional basics in solid colors.
Each of the new scatter introductions is offered in several sizes, from 20-by-34 through 5-by-8. Price points range from $6.99 retails through $24.99, depending on the construction and size.
