Lacey Mills Taps Roberts

Cartersville, Ga. —

Lacey Mills recently expanded its design team and has appointed Julie Roberts to the newly created position of director of domestic design.

She reports to Tom Etheridge, president.

Roberts comes to Lacey after several years of operating her own residential interiors design business. Prior to that she worked as a designer for Shaw Industries.

In her new stint, Roberts will focus primarily on domestic product development.

“Julie's vast knowledge of fiber systems and machine capabilities, combined with her day-to-day interaction with high-end residential customers, gives Lacey more of a first-hand look at what our target customer is looking for,” said John Hale, vice president, sales. “We look for that to give us a huge boost as we continue to make a strong push in the fashion accent and bath categories.”
