Textrade readies N.Y. showroom, new Indian factory

Mumbai,India– Textrade International is taking aNew Yorkshowroom at7 W. 34^th St., part of a push to expand its business in theU.S.market. In addition, Textrade has just commissioned a 225,000-sq.-ft. manufacturing in facility inIndia– its second – which will focus exclusively on producing home textiles. During the upcoming New York Home Fashions Week (formerly known as Market Week) from Aug. 6-10, Textrade will feature its complete home textiles range, including comforters, quilts, duvets, table linens, chair pads, cushion covers, decorative pillows, and curtains. “Textrade has been active in theU.S.market for quite some time, and this showroom marks a beginning toward realizing Textrade’sU.S.strategy,” said Anish Doshi, managing director.
