Vicari named Nautica global licensing president

NEW YORK — Maria Vicari has joined VF Corporation Sportswear Coalition, a division of VF Corporation, as president of Nautica global licensing.

In this new role, she reports to Denise Seegal, president of the coalition, which includes Nautica and Kipling.

Vicari most recently served as senior vice president, licensing, at Joseph Abboud Apparel Corp., where she was responsible for all aspects of the group’s global licensing. Between 1990 and 1996, she was vice president, product development and sales, for Valentino Uomo, overseeing the men’s dress furnishings division.
