Fabric exec Tom Finneran dies

Andover, Mass. – Services will be held Wednesday for Tom Finneran, 67, who died Friday night of a heart attack in his sleep.

Finneran, a long time decorative fabric industry executive, has been president of sales and marketing for American Century Home in Salisbury, N.C., for the past four years.

Earlier he was vp of sales for the former Joan Fabrics and prior was at Quaker Fabric where he was vp of sales.

Visiting will be Tuesday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Burke-Magliozzi Funeral Home, 3900 Main Street here. Funeral services on Wednesday will be at St. Augustine Church, 43 Essex Street here at 10:30 a.m.

Finneran is survived by his wife, Maureen, six sons: Chip, who is with Merrimac Textiles; Sean, who is with England Furniture; Robert, Brendan, Edward and Neil; and nine grandchildren.
