Glenoit/Ex-Cell/Croscill aligns titles, roles

New York – With Croscill’s move to 295 Fifth Avenue completed this week, the combined Glenoit, Ex-Cell and Croscill management organization has been defined under the leadership of Barry Leonard, president.

Under the new structure, Charlie Barrese, svp, merchandising and design – bedding, window, bath, will be responsible for the merchandising and design for the basic bath, window, and bedding and responsible for the basic bath for both Ex-Cell and Croscill.

Carolina Kim will report to Barrese as basic bath designer but will work collaboratively with Ex-Cell fashion bath on 3D design. A director of design for bedding and window will be hired and also will report to Barrese. The designers for window and bedding will report to the new director.

John Horan, vp, merchandising-bedding, and Jack Mahon, vp, merchandising window, also report to Barrese.

Carl Legreca, executive vp, merchandising and design-fashion bath, is now responsible for merchandising and design for both Croscill and Ex-Cell fashion bath businesses.

The Croscill bath team currently designs table linens, kitchen coordinates and free-standing accents rugs, products that will be overseen by Debbie Powell, vp, merchandising and design, for these businesses. Designer for this segment will be Melissa Wellington who reports to Powell.

Lydia Irwin will be the vp-design for Croscill fashion bath, and the Croscill bath designers will report to her. Pegeen Cooper, vp-merchandising, Croscill fashion bath, also reports to Lagreca.

In addition to Barrese, Lagreca and Powell, other direct reports to Leonard are Michelle Larovere, vp, Croscill sales; Bruce Batcheller, svp, Ex-Cell/Glenoit sales; David North, vp, Glenoit, Ex-Cell, Croscill; David Samelson, svp-international sourcing; Cliff Campbell, cfo; Nadav Sharir, vp, product development and sourcing – rugs, table linens, kitchen; Carl Mofield, director of operations – Ex-Cell/Glenoit/Croscill; and Ethel Keyes, executive assistant/merchandises coordinator.
