ABC closing some stores

NEW YORK -- ABC Carpet and Home is closing its Brooklyn and Riverhead, N.Y., stores.
According to store employees, three-year-old DUMBO store in Brooklyn is scheduled to close the end of this year, while the two-year-old Riverhead store is planned for closing in January.
The terms of the leases ended, and the company has elected not to renew, said Andy Morris, Morris+King, ABC’s public relations counsel.
