High Point, N. C. – American Century Home Fabrics will open its new, larger showroom on the eighth floor of Market Square Tower here for Showtime, which begins on June 3.
The company is taking over the space formerly held by Joan Fabrics, a 3,700-square-foot space, compared with its previous showroom that was 2,700 square feet, also on the eighth floor, according to Matt Goldsby, vp leasing for Merchandise Maret Properties, owners of the Market Square facility.
The move makes the company the second largest tenant in the building, just slightly behind the showroom space of The Robert Allen Group, Goldsby noted.
We would love your feedback!
