Wilbur Ross to address global manufacturing issues

New York – Wilbur Ross will be the featured speaker at "Global Strategies for Basic U.S. Manufacturing Industries," sponsored by the New York Chapter of the Organization of Women in International Trade.
The event, which includes a cocktail reception, will take place Wednesday, June 7 at 6 p.m. at the Yale Club, 50 Vanderbilt Ave., between 44th and 45th Streets.
Ross is chairman and ceo of WL Ross & Co. LLC, parent of International Textiles Group (ITG), the umbrella operation for the former Burlington and Cone Mills businesses. In addition to manufacturing, ITG also operates home furnishings stores in China.
